General Terms and Conditions 

By ordering you agree to the following conditions. Legal venue and place of fulfilment: To traders, legal persons of public
rights, special public-law funds as well as contractual partners going abroad or whose residence or common habitation is
unknown, at conflict of appeal, objection, claim or in particular case, legal venue is Frankfurt/M. Both contracting parties
agree upon Hattersheim as place of fulfilment. 
 
Right of retention: Until complete payment of the invoice price including all additional claims, the ownership of delivered
goods remains at us.
 
Abroad delivery: Abroad delivery is exclusively subject of German law. According to § 6 "Gesetz zum internationalen
Warenkauf" from 1991/01/01, we exclude this.
 

Terms of Delivery and Shipment

All prices from stock Hattersheim plus legal VAT.
Parcel shipment is exclusively carried out with UPS.
Price per parcel: 4,25 Euro plus legal VAT.
C.O.D. charge per shipment: 5,90 Euro plus legal VAT.

 Goods ordered until 11 a.m. , are dispatched at the same day.
